No for when my car was brought back it had a dent on the right side of the bumper and scratches on the left side of my hood which was not there when Billy picked up my car Billy ask me what happen to my bumper never mention to me there was scratches on my hood or my rims when I sign the paper I didn’t think to look at the car chart he ask me to sign not knowing I was signing a paper to states I acknowledge that there is pre existing damage currently on my vehicle which I know those damages was not there when I gave billy my car but not only that ms Colleen said she would not be providing loner car services for oil changes unless it’s two and a half hours of labor so now I’m not getting my oil changed anymore but provided this service to me before I’m very disappointed in how I’ve been treated I spent close to 2000 dollars with this company in less than 4 months I’m very disappointed in the way I’ve been treated as if my money and trust meant nothing I doubt it is hat I use your services again because I don’t think it’s professional to change policy or mis inform a customer about the service this company provides I even referred my brother Kellan Palmer to your company and he spent 1600 the money was paid in full but just know me or my brother will not be using your services any longer and to think I was going to trade my car in and upgrade the beginning of the year

Collleen is fantastic! She was very thorough and conscientious in managing the service and recall work on my vehicle. But what really stood out was how she went above and beyond and got my wallet back to me when I boneheadedly left it in the console of the loaner! Thank you, Colleen!

She is always professional yet personable & makes sure to thoroughly update, review things & ask if we understand or have any questions. I factor in my vehicle purchase/lease w/ great consideration of the service dept. as well as sales.
