Appointment at 8:20. Checked in for service at 8:50. Spoke with the advisor, service was tire rotation and cabin filter replacement. At 10:20 requested status, was told car would be ready in twenty more minutes. I needed to leave so I requested my vehicle. I asked what service if any had been in 1.5 hours and was told nothing. Left without service. When I have an appointment I expect that my vehicle will be taken in order of receipt. That didn’t happen today. I won’t return.
