Lennon Van is the most unprofessional employee I've ever encounter at a place of business and should be reprimanded in his training and approach when dealing with customers who are highly stressed from being mislead by the information he communicates. He does not know how to keep his composure and engages in arguements with customers instead of trying to defuse heated situations and make customers feel at ease. I will never come back to this establishment.
I had an appointment at 10:00am today; but I had to wait more longer than those customers came without appointment to check- in. It is not fair at all.
They just ignored me!!!!!
