That is the point! A job well done. Michael as well as everyone at Elmore goes out of their way to provide the best service for each and every customer. It doesn’t matter if you are a new or returning customer, Elmore and the service department is top of the line. David McHowell you have created a fabulous staff of caring hard working individuals. Two days ago i called to make an appointment for my car seet cleaning that was supposed to be done but when i got there the people told me that they didnt have that service and that i had to call a number but the previous day they had told me that they could get it done.

He was super helpful, realistic, professional, down to earth. I had to take out my kids stroller, baby bag, food for myself because I’m gestational diabetic, my kids, and their two car seats. He wasn’t in a rush despite being short-staffed and busy. He helped me with the seats as I walked with my bags and kids and my pregnant self. I had to wait for my hubby to get out of work and he had gotten out late, so it was a long wait but he was very kind.

My car’s sun roof wasn’t operating properly. It wouldn’t close automatically and I had to force closure on it manually. It reached a point where it didn’t even open. I delayed fixing this because I was living in El Paso and had such a horrible experience with the Toyota Services there, I waited until I got home to Huntington Beach to take my car to Elmore Toyota Services. I purchased my car from them 10 years ago and I would say 90% of my car services is with them. The only time I didn’t bring my car to them is when I was living in another state or driving in a different city and had issues with my car. So I’m a loyal customer mainly because they’ve treated me really well and taken care of my car. I took my car in on 10 July at 0700 and left me car there. In the afternoon they said they took apart my roof and reset it and it works now. I was charged $371. Leaving the dealership it happened again with my roof and I pulled over but then it acted fine. The following Sunday on 12 July my roof again would not close properly. I couldn’t take my car back until the following Friday on 17 July. I again left my car at 0700 and later that afternoon, they called and told me the computer that controls my roof was inop and I had to order a new one but it would cost about $1600. So I went back to pick up my car and I paid []. They told me that part would come in the following Monday or Tuesday. The following week, I waited to hear from them but nobody called me. Finally, on Thursday 23 July, I called them and they told me the part was in so I scheduled an appointment the next day Friday 24 July to bring my car in at 0700. That Friday I did this and was told it would cost $400 to replace the part. I asked why and was told it was a different part of my sun roof (the back) and also my panel. My issue here is they failed to properly diagnose the issue the first time so I wasted more time to bring my car in and I’m being charged additional $ as if I never brought my car in the first time. I’ve also been givin a military discount in the past also and was not given one this time. Though on their defense, it was explained to me (which I never knew this part) that the mechanics get paid a % of the fee on the different jobs they perform. But I could counter this by stating pay the mechanic the full amount and take my discount off the franchise. But I won’t dicker this point. The main thing is I wasted a whole other day and additional $ because my issue wasn’t properly diagnosed the first time I brought my car in. Really rather disappointed. The service at this dealership isn’t what it use to be and I’ve really noticed it deteriorate over the years. All the service desks people that I really liked left this dealership to work at other dealerships-I was always told it was because the pay wasn’t great here.
