Everything went fine but I asked for the issue with the squeaky windows that were never addressed. I asked for what happened. I got a response that they would follow up but never received a text or a call on why it was not done. Only was told it was a common issue.

After the service my car was not wash. There is nothing to do with covid 19 since they can open for serivce, how come the car wash not open.?

I am very understanding to the fact that it’s covid 19, and therefore you guys don’t apply that extended complimentary car wash but there was no above and beyond communication about it at all. When asked how I was liking my vehicle I had said that I like it I’m just having some issues with the app and wasn’t able to learn some of the features yet. He didn’t really seem to care or listen it was one of those questions he really didn’t want the answer he was making small talk. He asked me to sign here a bunch of times and not that I asked but normally people explain what I’m signing for my vehicle. It’s a brand new tacoma I’m going to be paying good money on and I’d really appreciate it if they started acting a little less dry and actually care.

Hector was very accommodating, pleasant to work with, and professional. I especially liked that he kept in close contact with me via text regarding the status of my car. I also appreciated getting a loaner vehicle and not having to return it to Enterprise myself at the end of the day. I had been putting this off, dreading the hassle, so it was a good experience, overall.
