My phone stopped ringing in my car when I get an incoming call. He supposedly reset it but when I received a call going home it didn’t ring. I feel like I need to come back in.
Hector was more than wonderful, he made sure I get the correct answer to my cars problem, he super friendly and has great customer service. He made sure to call me and let me know what’s going on with my 2015 and it turned out to be nothing, Elmore Toyota service center made diagnosis checked to see if my car is okay and didn’t charge me a single penny ! I’m beyond satisfied and hector made my experience and services even better ! Will be taking my Prius in for service at Elmore Toyota from now on .
I didn’t get a call that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I had to call myself. I was told Hector was off but isn’t there someone who can cover for him and let us know when our vehicle is ready for pickup?

Very pleased with my service. And Andrew is very professional.
Hector was great and patient so he was not the problem. He was a personable and helpful service advisor. My issue was with the fact that after having my car there for more than 6 hours to touch up and reseal the paint, it came back TWICE with new paint scratches. Rather than have me wait longer, Hector recommended with his supervisor that I come back at the next 6 months touch up/sealant appointment to have those new scratches (& maybe more by then) touched up and sealed again.
Duy was great as always, he is part of the reason my family only buys from Elmore Toyota
