Hector was great. The work was probably OK. The problem I had was my N95 mask I keep in the car was thrown away or taken by someone. When I drove to do business at a remote location the mask was gone and I had to make an extra trip back home to get a mask.

the service representative was so Rude I asked a couples questions about the Toyota care service and he answer like whatever and tell me u vehicle dont need anything and ask the front guy to bring the car back i was like wtf this kind service for 1st experience the guy should get fired or something man really disappointed with maintenance service

I was jump started by a AutoClub service
truck there. The Auto Club guy advised me
to take car to Elmore Toyota for service to
check battery..
Service advisor Melissa Nguyen met me in
the driveway. She had the guy’s in the shop
check the battery. They did a load test on battery.
I needed a new battery evidently. Melissa took
care of me and my car. I thought she was very
observant to notice that the tire light was ON in the
Instrument panel.My tires were checked. One or more
of the tires needed a few lbs of air. The tire man checked
the tire’s for nails and leaks. The tire light went Off
on the instrument panel.
I’m happy with my regular service advisor Andrew
Liedoff. But he wasn’t in today, he had the day off today
But I think that Melissa is a very good service advisor!
I’m tempted to switch to Mellissa as service advisor!
But I think that Andrew does a very good job also!

I called the service dept before my appointment to secure a ride home. Mike was not there yet. Hector promised me a ride home. Upon arrival Melissa told me that you no longer give rides. Melissa was kind enough to get my truck done in record
Time. But I was not planning on waiting at the dealership and I missed the chance
To get my blood drawn at lab Corp before 11:30AM. So I spent several hours waiting to get my blood drawn in the afternoon. Don’t promise rides home. In the future I will plan ahead and get my daughter to help since you don’t offer rides. Melissa is and was a superstar today. In the future I will plan on getting my blood drawn on a different day and ask my daughter for help.

My sunglass case was stolen from the glove compartment. I know I’m not supposed to leave anything inside but stealing is a crime. The technician was RENE GALVEZ. I never had the chance to explain to Mark the manager because he didn’t call me back. I will never trust anybody in your shop again. After I use all my prepaid services, I will never go back to you again.
Hector was very professional the entire time, he kept me up to date on my vehicle status, and he made my experience enjoyable.
