Made an appointment the week before. Dropped off car on saturday. Said they had to wait on parts. Car wasn't ready till Wednesday. You would have thought they would have check to see if parts were in stock when I made appointment. It's a common airbag recall.
I was in lobby waiting and Duo phoned me on my home phone so after 2hrs I went to him and he said he phoned an hour ago... SO HE DIDN'T LOOK AT THE PAPERWORK WHICH SAID I WAS WAITING... ALSO DIDNT LOOK FOR MY CELL PHONE # WHILE I was in lobby...
No one call me and let me know my car is ready event I told him I will wait at waiting room, it make me feel bad
It's not Duy. He was pleasant & efficient. He answered all my questions. But when it's time to bring my car in for routine maintenance I really dread it. I have not had a good experience once. You send a lot of mailers out saying how important we are as customers but the transportation for instance is not provided or sufficient. So it was difficult to get to work one day and it was an absolute "no" answer when I needed a ride from work to pick up my car. Maybe they are all overworked so they have to run and the service does not feel personalized. I did not enjoy it and I regret buying my car off that gentleman who sold it to me.
I have dealt with Andrew a number of times. He is great.

I have to go back. Your service techs did not change out and install battery pads as promised on the 60k service. Very disappointed that i paid $269 for an oil change & tire rotation. I have to go back in the morning to have the sevice completed. I won’t recommend or return here again for service

I think customer service is very important part of a company to build a trust with their customers. Well on 10/10/20 I went to your service department and spoke to Tony Romero and I set an appointment for my 2020 RAV4 maintenance. I set the appointment for 10/17/20 and I asked Tony Romero how long it will take to do the service and he said if I set up the appointment early morning it will take an hour or so but the day of the appointment I sent my daughter to take my RAV4, she spoke with the person taking charge of the appointment and was told it would at least take 2-3 hours. This was never mentioned to me, I was mentioned it would take at least an hour not 2-3hours, things like this should be mentioned to the customer before hand to prepare themselves for that wait. I would have never sent my daughter to that appointment if I knew it would take longer than an hour.
