I brought it in for an oil change and was informed of a recall with the fuel pump. When I came to pick up the vehicle I was informed that a fuel tank connector was broken and my vehicle would need to be left for a few days. I was told a rental car would not be available at that time. I said that’s OK I have another car, but my only request is that this vehicle be kept in a garage at all times because I do not leave it out. When I picked up my vehicle three days later it was parked outside and filthy. The drivers side window had been left down and the interior was covered with ash. No one has followed up with me other than the survey even though I informed the service writer of the issue at the time. At the same time that I brought this FJ cruiser which is the vehicle in question I had also brought my wife’s Prius for an oil change. When we picked up her car There was oil all over the interior. The porters were very friendly and tried to help clean it up but ultimately were unsuccessful. I am not one to complain and I try to be very understanding that mistakes happen but this is unacceptable.

There was only one thing wrong, I forgot about my engine light on the dash and nobody saw that or cared I guess, lost Potential work maybe ( note: light was on when I brought the car in, I forgot to say something about it. )
