The service was fine except it was too expensive. $40 to replace a brake light and $87 for an oil change is way too much!

The only thing I wish was different was that we could take care of paperwork digitally and not have to go inside and sit down. During COVID, that was the main reason it had been so long since we'd serviced the car

My car was stolen from your property because no one counts how many cars are staying overnite then counting the number of keys on your board before you close. My key was left in my car and it was unlocked. I was taken care of and am satisfied but you need to change your key security procedure so this never happens again.

I took the vehicle to get a part installed. The paperwork was done at 11:28am and the car was taken to the back to service at 11:30 am , I decided to wait and the guy we always take the two cars to, said I’ll let you know when the vehicle is ready I decided to ask at 1pm if the car was almost done. The answer was no they haven’t even touched the truck and it won’t be ready in a couple of more hours. My point is that even tho he knew I was there early he should’ve have check it that was going to take time if not so I can have someone else pick me up and leave the car. At that point I had been there for more that one hour just waiting. Waste of time nothing was done because I had to leave to work. I live in LA and it was a 40 min drive. So I wasted time waiting time driving back and forth plus the gas. The guy has good customer service just lack of communication. Now I have to go again but I don’t know when to drove off the truck because for sure the car won’t be in 1-3 hours .

Taken truck to two other tire stores and couldn't fix it. Took it to Elmore and they solved the problem... Amazing!!!!
