Hector has been extremely helpful. Because my husband is unable drive. When I called service I was told (not by hector) that you could not bring me home I had a hard time getting my car there and getting home. Yet when I picked I up next day I overheard another worker say over the phone that someone from the company would be there to pick him up. I had a lot of trouble getting my car there and back and the shuttle would have helped and I wouldn’t have depended on my neighbor. I am a woman and don’t want to depend on.neighbors. But Hector has been nothing but great.

Hector was easy to talk to, personable, responsive, and transparent about the the fees for the service that I made an appointment for. He let me know approximately when I would get my car back and text me before promised time. I had a positive experience at Elmore, from ease of scheduling to value for services. Overall satisfied with how the service appointment went, just slightly confused when I came to pick up my vehicle since the representative I was working with was out when I arrived at the expected pick up time.
