Just a bit disappointed in jumping into conclusions that front emblem was tampering tell me I mess with it or someone mess with it. When it should of been handled better. How would you feel when your car has a factory defect and the service advisor blame on the customer and decline your issue. By this point it makes me feel scare if my simple emblem can’t be fix what if something major happen when it factory defect. Other than that I left this review as positive for great work on the oil change

At the time of picking up my truck I noticed a large oil stain on my driver seat. Along with that stain my hood also had grease marks that were attempted to be removed but failed. My windshield on the outside also had splash marks from whatever chemical was sprayed. I have pictures if needed . I’m disappointed with the service provided and wish to have them rectified.

I got my car doors checked because they wouldn’t lock and unlock correctly. The passenger side and back left door were said to be fine. I was told only my back right door had a problem, but when I got home, I realized the driver door still had a problem with the lock/unlock. My window was fixed however.

I made an appointment a week ago, got to the dealership early, and then I’m told that the tech team isn’t even there yet...but they’ll start on my car as soon as they show up. How nice of them. All it needs is an oil change but it takes over TWO HOURS to get out of there. Why am I able to go to Valvoline, with no appointment, and I’m in and out in 15 minutes? It’s like Elmore is trying to lose my business. Not impressed at all.
