My first experience on 3/9/20, I thought the wait was kind of long for only to check a rear light socket. Then when they were done and told my car was ready and be brought to me after giving the ticket to the valet person it took him a good 20 minutes to find and bring my car. So I was not very happy that day.!This is no reflection or fault on Chris, he was very courteous and attentive.

I came in to have my car key fixed and reprogrammed. Alejandro called me to pick up my car. He never checked to see if my car was actually ready to pick up. I realized my rear windshield wiper was gone when I parked my car. When I called, he said he did not know anything about it. When I came in person, he said they washed my car and the machine tore it off. I never signed a document to authorize a car wash and never asked for one. The service manager documented that Toyota accepted full responsibility.

Today I brought my 2020 Prius prime for first 10k miles oil change some how the service advisor order 5k miles service which only rotates tire but not for first 10k oil change service that I came for very disappointed for mistake came from the advisor writer now I have to find time to bring the car back for oil change again
