I brought my car for Oil Change around 11:30 am and Service Advisor kept my car for service until next day. 24 hrs. Later we are talking about additional recommendations. We also asked for service regarding sunroof not opening and turns out technician damaged headliner from opening and closing which was working prior to leaving car. Sunroof was not fixed due to cost. We have know take vehicle back for 3rd day. Andy is the Service Advisor for vehicle. Process needs to change if you want to continue having my business. I buy lots of company & personal vehicles from Robert. Sincerely Jose M

The advisor did NOT go over the report on my vehicle nor did he do a walk around. I have never experienced such customer service in the years I've been taking my car for service. I will not be going there again.
