Took my vehicle for oil change but that got done and I asked for an inspection on the ball joints or any strut bars of the car because they make noise when it comes to pulling in and out of parking spots, turning, and even going over speed bumps. The noise is very loud I’m 100% sure it has to do with those two components.

The driver door outside and the passenger door from inside were grease marks, it looks like the mechanic didn’t care about it at all.
