They Scratched the inside dash of my car on the outside of where I keep my registration info. It also appears that they switched my clutch handle with a different one. I told the guy who helped me I rarely drive my car and everything inside was in great condition. Its a shelbygt350 black with the line in the middle. That might be the reason they didn't want to give me my paperwork before I left. I bought 2 cars from you guys, referred someone and I was just approved for 87000 from ford and I really was thinking of getting a gt500 with you guys but this is the thanks I get.. but You guys really gave me a car I liked and appreciate it. Hope you guys make things right. If not. God bless

I had to take my vehicle to another dealer because Central Ford wanted to charge me. When my vehicle is cover under the insurance for being a new vehicle. Also the store manager was rude and unprofessional.

The maintenance was good and so was Servando, I was just very surprised that the oil change price had increased so much. I think $6.50 is a high price for a quart of oil. I have been having my service done at Central Ford since you became central Ford.
