The service and work was fine with no complaints. But I was disappointed to learn that tire rotation is not included in standard oil change anymore and now you have to pay for the premium package. It seems like standard maintenance and a real disservice to your customers who may not be able to pay for the premium rate. I believe it’s also a safety risk for those who can’t pay. I was very disappointed by this decision made by Central Ford.

I was under the impression that once the air bag that was replaced the light on my dash will disappear, it was not the case. I asked the technician and he said the air bag light is probably indicating something else. This could have been a great opportunity for him to at least test or provide me with some information as to why the airbag light is showing up. Not an above and beyond service, unfortunately.
