Rene came across as sincere and honest. He shared my service history with Central Ford and made service recommendations basrd my available time and budget. He provided an estimated time that the vehicle would be ready and kept me updated throughout with helpful text messages. Vehicle was ready on time and original estimate was accurate.

Mr Villasenor was awesome. My dissatisfaction is due to the amount of time it took for my service. I went in the get a flat tire repaired. When I got there I was the only customer there. I was there for 3 hours. Several customers came and went and I was still waiting. Each time I would ask I was told “it’s almost done”
