Servando has been my Ford service advisor for over 20 years. The most honest and straight forward adviser you will ever meet. I’ve had other advisors from other manufacturers and none have ever come close to him. He is an ASSET to this dealership. Mike is awesome. He’s been really nice and professional with me. I really appreciate mike cardona. But service has lost a windshield wiper cap before and I’ve replaced it. It’s been documented when I told mike and he made a note in my service notes. And I’ve had previous warranty history with poor communication. And now my oil cap has been replaced with a different one with a smaller diameter cap. My oem oil cap which came with the car was larger in diameter with a larger “ridge” to hold and twist. It was black with yellow writing and and yellow picture of oil can below below the “ridge” to twist. I have yet to meet with a service manger or any manager at all since talking with mike about all my problems.
