Didn’t get my car back in the condition it was before. Steering wheel moves full Right the moment you accelerate.
Also Worthington Ford charges 62$ for (the works) regular maintenance. But I paid 82 for the same service in South Gate.

My car has a engine light on. No body noticed when it’s on front of everybody, the tech was looking all over for thing to do, missing that obvious thing, not satisfied at all Regards

After the car was serviced no one spoke to me. I asked the person that gave me back my keys if everything was alright and he said " i don't know im only giving you your keys back. But I suppose everything is ok with your car." No conversation with me whats so ever. This is the second time I take my car to this dealership and the second time I am dissatisfied. 1st time was worst. Best believe this is the last time
En el departamento de servicio tienen un 10 ...en la oficina adentro de las partes .....no tienen buen servicio los trabajadores se creen muchos y son unos gatos
I brought in my truck to have the tires swapped and the employees said they could do it in 3 hours. After an hour they called back and said they didn’t know how to do it. They couldn’t even put the spare tire back in the storage location. This is completely unacceptable. What level of competence is expected from your mechanics? I expect someone to reach out regarding this experience to let me know what will be done to make this right.
Ray and Rene are amazing! I would not hesitate to refer other Ford owners to Ray. He’s a standby up guy with integrity.

Andy the representative was great he did everything he could. We bought the car, a week later the engine light turned on. Car wasn't ready for 5 days. We were there to pick up the vehicle and we had to wait several hours before someone was able to bring it out. They kept telling us that they can't find the car. Finally they asked if I could help them find it and we were able to locate the car. Just thinking we bought a new car and it breaking down and all the waiting was very frustrating. Andy was great nothing he did was wrong. He communicated with me the entire time the car was being serviced
