Jacquie is a rock star. In most enterprises there are one or two people who know every process and every person that make the enterprise run, and who leverage those people and processes to deliver value to the customer.
It’s obvious Jacquie is one of those people.

I think it was Herb that finally discovered the problem was from the oil pan after a month of maintenance or more so lack of maintenance. However prior to that I was told the plug at the bottom of the transmission would be replaced after letting it drain. I picked up the vehicle yesterday and of course the plug is not there. I’m so sick of dropping my truck off to Volvo Ft Myers I’ll do it myself or find another mechanic. It seems to me that’s what the management wanted. I don’t think the incompetence over the last month has anything to do with Herb, Once Herb was involved it seems to be fixed.
I am completely satisfied with all the services I received. Thank you.

It was a significant warrantable failure. I can understand that there were no loaners available. I would have appreciated a return call after having left 3 messages. The car was returned with the passenger airbag not activated and a service call notice on the dash that isn’t applicable. I will need to go back in.

Harvick has given me attention when Miss management in the service department appeared At two different appointments. Herbert try to reconcile the situation was not originally assigned to the car but after the service manager had a Bandan the process Herbert took over and was assigned and cleared everything up. The second visit again was resolved in the scheduling and her took care of everything and followed up professionally
