I was planning to wait for service and was told it would be 1.5-2hrs. So I called someone to pick me up and told the guy I was leaving and confirmed it would still be only 2 hrs. He agreed. McGrath Volvo kept my car from 11am until after 5pm! I was without a car the entire day. I was never offered a loaner and I had called THREE different times to find out how long I’d be without a car and was only told my car was “in good hands” each time.
When I got it back, there was grit/sand all over the middle arm rest (between the two from seats) that had not been there before. I don’t know if someone got sloppy removing the protective paper from the floors or what, but that was ridiculous. It’s bad enough that Volvo doesn’t offer to vac the inside of the car after service (I’m used to the superior Lexus service), but to leave the inside dirtier than when they received it is absurd. It was just the cherry on top of the terrible service I received that day.
She is the best and the only reason I drive from Bonita Springs. You should be proud to have her in your employ.
