Jacquie Pfeiffer is the best employee you have or have ever had or anyone would ever have. I’ve been coming to her for over 10 years going back to her time in Naples. Loved her then. Your service department would be lost without her. I have seen her interact with all clients while waiting. She knows everyone’s names and car issues. From my observations…. Everyone loves her not just me. Bottom line. Valve would be lost without her. I wouldn’t even feel confident going there where I purchased my car brand new … if Jacquie was not there.

I have always been given a quote after the car is inspected, I sign the quote and when the work is completed, I go to the cashier and pay for it. This time, I was given the quote, I signed for the work and when the work was completed, I had to sign different papers because the amount was about $100.00 (One hundred dollars) higher than quoted!!!! Not happy at all, he then ripped the original signed quote. I NEVER had that happen to me when Jacquie did the paperwork and quote.
My maintenance past due message was not turned off. I now either have yo drive with the message or return to dealer. Travel is more then 1/2 hour. Truly annoying!!
