Came in with no lights on for a 70000 miles maintenance. When I left the airbag service light and auto hold light was on. I brought it back and they told me the light had originally come on April 10, 2021. Which is Interesting considering I bought the car may 2021. Which suggests to me that the codes and light were cleared before selling the car to me. Which I find to be an immoral business practice. I will be bringing the car back in on Thursday evening to fix these lights. I was promised a complimentary vehicle for Friday to get to work. When I bring it back I would like to discuss a discount for the service performed when the car was not in the condition promised when I bought it and was promised that the car was inspected before sale. So how were these lights missed? I just don’t buy it And I was seemingly lied to.

I left my car with you for two days. I was told I could come get it. When I got there, only one of the four things was done. Now, I have to come back on another weekend. I live in Naples. Everyone has been very nice, but Communication has been terrible.

Three times, I asked for a call back and never received a call. When I picked up the car from being repaired, there was a substance like a silicone spray on the front fender and Hood of the car that was not there when I took it in. It looks like it was half-heartedly tried to be wiped off,

No response to texts messages sent to four different people! No follow-up at all. Complete incompetence in management over sales and service. Service department is in total chaos. Not one individual in four days had a clue what was going on …. Sad, sad, sad, as the actual purchase experience was good. Get to finance office and the experience went downhill from there.

Herbert was very nice and was a pleasure to work with. However, I paid for the first class shine/service. I do not believe it was ever done. The car seemed as it was just washed(not very well) and delivered to me. The reason I believe this is that you can still see and feel where the year of the car sticker was. So that tells me it was just peeled off and the windows were never touched. So I believe I paid $424 for a car wash. When I have brought that up and a few other things my salesman Andrew just seems to blow it off. I also asked for a price for a part for my used car that I would gladly pay for at cost that needs to be replaced for my vehicle. Andrew assured me he would call me with a price. It is now a day amd a half later and I do not have a price for the part. Since I’ve taken delivery of the car it’s like I don’t even exist anymore. So if a manager or boss would care to chat more I would be happy to have a conversation of my experience with your dealership.
