Jace was pleasant and helpful. I moved here from Houston. In Houston, the service advisors or their assistant comes to your car in the service bay to help you out. And sometimes with a bottled water in hand. At your dealership, it was more like “we’re definitely not going to cater to anyone.” All good. But I’ve had better customer experiences back home.

After Speaking with Mr. Schmidt he was able to fix what all is needed with my 2019 Ram truck. Truck drives much better. Also the GM Troy kept his word by making sure that my truck was done and returned back to me in much better condition it was very helpful to have spoken with him. Jace was a Rock Star ?? for me today. On my way to work at 6:30am I had no way to avoid running over a box. It damaged my tires. I was able to drive to Volvo for 7am. As soon as staff arrived , Jase took control of my situation. He provided a loaner car to get me work. Jase kept me updated on the progress of work being done on the car. It was ready for me after work. Appreciated all the hands involved in getting the two replacement tires and the car fixed on the same day. Thanks again Jase! He is a valued member of the Volvo team!
