Booked apt and was told it would be an hour and a half wait time.
Actual wait time in lobby was three hours.
Could have skipped car wash due to time.
I live in Punta Gorda so not convenient for service and a question I askedat purchase. Was told quick wait time for service once a year.
Next time will buy a car from a dealer in Punta Gorda.
