My car was towed to McGrath Volvo on Friday April 9th. I called on Monday afternoon around 3:00, only to find out that my car has been sitting there, not checked in. After calling again on Tuesday to get a diagnosis, it took till Thursday 4/14; after I called multiple times to finally know that my car was fixed. It took nearly a week to fix my car but was denied the courtesy of a loaner. Prior to towing the car there, I made it clear that but my husband and I commute to work.
I do appreciate the fact that Jacquie helped me out by absorbing a small portion of the cost.
She is always so pleasant and patient and goes above and beyond for customers/excellent customer service!
I need to bring my car back in next week. Shame on me for not taking a better look at it while I was there. The protection strip is not centered. About three inches off center so the left side is not adhered to the bumper
