Dropped off Monday at 8:45am. I had to call for every update on my vehicle. “Parts should be in later this evening or the morning”. I heard that for 3 days straight. Could not get a loner vehicle. Until Friday which is when I picked my truck up. Could never get a straight answer to when my car would be done. Still have yet to get the missing passenger side foot mat that was missing when I bought the truck back in January and also my Sirius XM has not been re-activated yet.

The heater in my vehicle wouldn’t work. The problem was fixed quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised. Mgr. Jorge was very helpful, too — he went above and beyond to be sure my car was seen and the problem fixed before I had to leave town to a colder climate. I am a happy customer.
Though I have not had the opportunity to meet Jace , I was very impressed with the manner he has handled my particular situation. From what I could tell with speaking to him over the phone , he seemed to bend over backwards to help me. Also, Jorge has also been tremendous help. I am very happy with their services.
Wish I was kept in the loop as to the status of the replacement engine and windshield. A call or text is all it takes. But not knowing is not satisfactory.
