My car was in the shop for 8 days while they waited for parts. My only complaint was that the service dept did not keep me informed better. I had to call at least daily, sometimes multiple times a day, to find out the status of my car.

Jacquie is awesome, and is by far the most helpful person at McGrath Volvo. She is upfront and returns calls.
Told me mistruths every step of the way. Told me it would take four days to get parts when the parts were already in stock, which I confirmed two days earlier. Quoted me an amount for repair which was twice the quote from the Naples Volvo dealership. Said it was a three and a half hour repair, when a you tube video showed that it was a half hour repair. Told me the three and a half hour repair would be done the following morning, yet called me by nine am to say the car was ready. Unless the repair was started by five am, there is no way. Then when I got the car back, the front headliner had fallen and come loose when the vehicle was in your possession. All in all, a very unpleasant experience.
