It took over (2) hrs for a routine service of my car to be completed. I texted her not once, but twice, and never received a reply on the status of my car so I went to the Service Desk to get a response if my service was completed. Lastly, I paid several hundred dollars in labor charges just to get in my car to have several scuff (black) marks inside the door frame in addition to dirty footprints on my carpeted floor mats. I would have called this to her attention upon seeing the same but didn’t want to spend any additional time waiting for my car. Reading this, would you be satisfied?

Just bought a truck from you and the service engine light came on one hour later the wheel baring went out in the front wheels all in one day of ownership service said to bad it’s not there problem So very disappointed and will be the every one I know and talk with not to do business with Mcgafth Volvo or Mcgraff truck and I know a lot of people my number is ****-****-xxxx if you feel like talking or fixing the problem with my truck I have had for just 3 weeks

Jackie is the best representative of this dealership. Most customers agree she is the reason people return to McGrath for service. A great intermediary between the customer and the service techs. The best!

I made the appointment because of the park assist needs service light coming on, for a tail light replacement and an issue with the rear gate. The gate was fixed, the tail light replaced but the park assist message is still on. I called Herbert about it but didn’t hear back yet. They had to see the message when they drove my car out of service.

I wanted my windshield fluid refilled--or if there is a problem with the washer, I need to know. Also, there is nothing on the windshield to help me know when the oil as changed--or when it needs to be changed again. With both of these items overlooked, i don't know that the oil was actually really changed. I am dissapointed that i cannot wash the windshield, and am left to figute it out.

Really concerned that I made a 1:15 appointment and did not get out of the service area until 4:00pm I know the techs were busy, but 3 hours for the service I needed was a bit much
