It took 4 hours ( arrived at noon - service not completed until 4 pm) - unable to get chip installed for the power operated tailgate. Was told that will not happen. I purchased the vehicle in Feb 2022 and was told it would be installed once chips became available.
I appreciate the great customer service I received from Herbert Valdez, he always makes sure I understand any service my car gets, comunicantes in a timely manner how the service is provided and makes sure I receive my car clean and ready to go. Mr Valdez is a great team member of Volvo of Fort Myers.
Jackie was lovely..: and they were kind enough to give me a ride to where I needed to be. Very happy with my Volvo, and everything is working beautifully now!
A constant refusal to call me and keep me posted on progress on repairs on my vehicle that kept the car in the shop for 2 months. Also I haven’t yet gotten word on the mileage on the replacement engine installed. Also the tow hook that was left in the front bumper by the wrecker driver and was told it was left but not returned to the trunk when it is normally stowed. I was disappointed on the lack of commmunication with your staff. I could not get phone calls answered or returned as were voicemails left and text messages. These issues were also experienced with Jorge, your former service manager.
Attentive, patient, and kept me informed. Great customer service skills.
No car wash was performed, the car was delivered to us very dirty.
I'm very dissatisfied with this Volvo when I bought my truck with the sunroof broken they told me that when I got it repaired they would lend me another truck so I could work, they made that promise just to sell me the truck , later when I took the truck to be repaired they changed everything the conversation never believe what they promise , when I spoke to the seller Jonathan he had the nerve say that in short they are unreliable
