He was busy but took care of me quickly. He was friendly and tried to some my problem as quickly as possible.
Made appt for 9:30 for oil change and check AC. At 2:30 I cannot get in touch with anyone In service, sent text left message and crickets. Finally got in touch with the sales mgr. Will have someone call me. An hour later I text the sales manager for some help and I finally get a call from the service mgr about how busy they are and could not get my car in. Really I had an appointment. Pretty simple, mechanics divided by appointments. So in professional. Finally got a call that my car was ready 2;00 the next day. Good thing I was not waiting on it. All they needed to do was to answer my text or return my call. Really thought something had happened to my car and they were avoiding me. That’s it
I received a text following my service call asking that I reply by text if I had any questions. I've responded twice by text and I've left a voicemail with neither being responded to.
The service at Volvo has always been excellent and Jacquelyn has always answered my questions and has helped me with everything. She is excellent to work with.
No loaner auto when promised.
Confusion with parts ordered.
Rude personal in service.
Did not refill washer finish job.
No car wash.
Not the level of service we expected from Volvo.
