I told service about a missing light on door panel. They told me the car Doesn’t come equipped with panels lights. I said why would I say it’s missing if I seen it for myself and it does have lights on outside door panels, just one is out. They did nothing about it. I’ve mentioned to more than 2 employees still nothing been done. They had my car for more than a week and still wasn’t fixed. This dealership probably the worst service I received and I regret buying a car from this dealership.

Since 2016, she’s been over working with me in service. She is CONSTANTLY being interrupted by ALL other service men. She’s patience is unbelievable!
My husband spend half a day there and the next day when I got in my car I get a message saying the tire pressure is low! Now I have to deal with that. It’s not convenient to come there. I work M-F and now the day after my car was “serviced” I have to find time to go back! I’m not happy!
When I had a Lincoln, they would come pick up my car service it and return it. They even left a loaner. I’m disappointed!

Your system said we needed service and when we came in they said we didn’t need any? We ask for loner car in the system and the new nothing about it?

Minor thing! I was pleased and impressed with my service experience from check in to check out. I thought the price for all the service was very fair.
Now, my minor thing, I mentioned that three of the 6 windshield washer fluid squirters were blocked (?). It was noted on the instructions to the mechanics, but, nothing was done nor anything mentioned on the final report.
Of course, I didn’t discover this until I was halfway home to Naples.

The service manager andrew and someone named gene promised me my car was fully serviced 3 times! Finally when they delivered the car it was not fully service and the paint is chipped and has over spray! Not happy and Andrew will not call me back after I have called 3 times and left a message
