Keep Jackie at the Service department. She knows all about car repairs. She deserves a raise!
Having brought my car back to you again on 8/2 to correct the alignment done wrong at the prior appointment, the steering wheel is crooked. Your “Volvo certified technicians” messed it up. Again. For the third time in 6 months. At this point it seems intentional because no supposedly luxury brand car service could be that bad?
The whole experience was great and I am extremely satisfied with the service I received!
Was a bit disappointed about how I scheduled to get a loaner through the app then was told I was not getting one when I actually arrived for my service a week later

Just a 20,000 mile checkup. Car has 13,000. Took 3 hrs. Seemed long. Jacquie very nice. I feel that if service going to be more than 2 hrs you should recommend a loaner to customer.
Jackie is very knowledgeable with what she does, very profeasional & friendly. I have been with volvo for over 20 years & Jackie is always the service advisor that takes care of our cars. She does a good job.
