Simple rear seat lock install and no quality assurance seemed be completed. Customer left facility and had to come back because it didn’t function and found broken pieces in install locking module and left broken pieces in back and front of repaired area! Unsatisfactory QC program for the smallest of job that a part on market cost to me $75 bucks vs $230 plus job for unsatisfactory install . I noticed a the other side lock is also broken and will now buy a OEM part online and install myself. The design for this lock is unsatisfactory and causing less qualified home installers a lot of unexpected issues and money.

Please note that we brought our Volvo in to your service department twice seeking an answer to the clicking, popping noises in the driver side front. Both times we were told all was well - the last time we were told it was the gas we were using. Last Friday we took it to a mechanic and they ran diagnostics and identified that the left front axle was worn and needed replaced. We immediately left the mechanic’s shop and brought our receipt and the vehicle to you. Within 30 minutes you agreed to replace both front axles. We also tried to buy a new xc40 over a year ago from you and had a very bad experience, do this is probably the last Volvo for us. So yes, you completed the service satisfactorily on tuesday - but our overall experience with your dealership has been a disappointment.
As I’ve stated before, whatever you pay her, it should be more!!!
