We live in Naples and there is Volvo dealership few steps away from our home but we drive all the way to Fort Myers mainly because of Jaquie . She is very pleasant ,professional and courteous.Never left your dealership ( Service Dept) not satisfied. Thank you for an excellent job with a smile

I had an appt to handle the windshield wiper recall and also requested a car wash. After two hours of waiting, I found my car in the parking lot sitting with the windows down...blamed on a communication breakdown between the technicians and the service area. Not only was the wait completely unacceptable and the car wash not done, I had to miss an appt I waited almost a month for because of this ridiculous wait.
When I had my car washed in mid September, George (the service manager) had to finish the work including cleaning the front windows and vacuuming the back floors...these were missed after sending the car back twice.
In fairness, Fort Myers Volvo has done an excellent job until these last two experiences. The service area is one of the primary reasons I keep buying Volvos and have recommended Volvo to others. I really hope this type of inferior service does not continue and it can return to making me feel like a valued customer...
The button was not attached to the driver side to open and close the window. The floor may on the driver side was not re-attached after being removed, the new remote gaub the lock and unlock isn't working properly. Then for an hour and a quarter's worth of work I paid over 5 hundred dollars in labor. Then, when I got ready to leave the new key I paid for was not delivered. I am not a "happy camper".
As far as anybody calling me back and telling me what is going on you guys are totally the worst and feel free to call me ****-****-xxxx name is Paul left two messages for the general manager to call me back not a single phone call from him nobody there cares
