The repair that was completed on my vehicle had been pending for an extended period of. I made the appointment more than 10 days in advance even though the parts were in, due to my schedule. Unfortunately the repair could not be completed in a day but I wasn’t informed until late afternoon. Now that I have the vehicle back, the safety feature related to collision, lane keeping, cruise control are not functioning. This morning the service light for City Safety warning came on. I have called and texted to resolve the issue with no response. To say this is frustrating is a complete understatement. The lack of communication from the service department-other than by text - does nothing to manage expectations or promote trust.
