The problem appears to have been corrected. All of the people at McGrath were polite & responsive. Regis is a leading example of good customer care.
Your service team needs to check ther voicemail more often. I called several times and could not speak with anyone. I had to demand from the front desk to speak with someone. Also my car was towed to your location and your service team said it was not there. We had called in the morning to let them know that the car was having issue.
I had to call several times in Friday about it. It was a complete mess. I will not be coming back to your service department again. You have a very unprofessional team.
As I always say, Jacquie is worth more than whatever she is paid !!!!
Everything thing good except the GPS does not work right.

Still left with a damaged vehicle. Was told there was nothing they could do about the damage the service department did to the fender. So my vehicle is damaged and nothing can be done about it apparently.
