The routine checkup was top notch. However, I also needed help with syncying my android phone and electronics in my car. There are a couple of issues I noted associated with upgrading on the way home. Who can I make an appt with for help?

Being disabled the loaner vehicle was difficult to use. Had hard time with sedan and even xc40 is not user friendly.

I was completely satisfied with the service Jacquie Pfeiffer provided to me. She always goes above and beyond in her job as assistant service manager.
What bothered me with this service was I dropped off my car to get a new battery. When I returned to pick up my vehicle the cover was not put back on the new battery and my car had a flat tire. Definitely not the standard I’m used to with Volvo service. Unfortunately couldn’t be fixed but the awesome Jacquie made sure I had a vehicle to get back home. It’s disturbing to me how my car got me to your auto shop with no flat tire and upon picking it up was flat. I was told there was a nail in the tire and it couldn’t be fixed which cost me a new tire. It was a most frustrating experience at the dealership this time around. If it wasn’t for Jacquie, I would think twice about having my car serviced there again.
