I dropped my car off prior to thanksgiving and hadn't heard anything about the repair for over a week. For whatever reason no courtesy vehicle could be provided so I was without a vehicle to get to work, etc. I called to find out the status and was told that nothing had been done due to no authorization from the extended warranty being obtained. The actuator in the AC is faulty and causes the car's AC not to work at times. According to your technician it's a common problem in this style vehicle. I picked up my car, was told someone would follow up with me and haven't heard from you guys since. So maybe the next time y'all want to upsell your bogus extended warranty you should explain to your customers how **** the experience will be.Also that no repair will be made. I have never encountered this from any other dealerships i've purchased a car from. I will never do any business with you guys again.
