Regis was amazing! He did not make me feel rushed. Regis took his time to write down all of the issues with my car. When I went to pick up my vehicle he was very thorough in explaining what had been fixed.
Regis was professional, helpful, courteous, etc. He took very good care of me. He went over and above to keep a satisfied customer, and if I buy another Volvo, which is very likely, will contact your dealership.

Made appt online for service for vehicle pick up and a loaner car left at 8AM. Had to call at 9AM to see where the driver was since I had my own appt to get to by 1030. Was told the online scheduling is always screwed up, it doesn’t know how many loaners are available or how many drivers McGrath has etc but she acted like she had no idea I even had an appt and I had to give all my info again. The driver finally came to get my car at 1020 leaving me 10 min to get to my appt. I was also told to call in the future for my service and not use the online scheduling. If it is such a problem your online scheduling needs to be fixed or removed as a customer service.
Jacki is amazing - she is the reason I continue to buy Volvo cars (this is my 4th). She assisted me with a significant issue with my brakes. Over the years, whenever I have a service issue I can count on Jacki to do her best to provide professional, caring, dedicated service. Volvo is lucky to have such a dedicated employee focused on true customer service!

Customer service is horrible at this location. No one answers the service desk phone and no one gets back to you. I can get poor service like this if I bought a Chevy. Ridiculous to spend so much on a vehicle and service is so awful. Very disappointed and if it continues I will not buy another Volvo in the future.
