I was disappointed that many of your staff and also some customers were not wearing masks. I was uncomfortable inside and waited 3 hours outside to be safe. Hopefully you will change this and require masks in the future, as long as we need them for safety.

The only thing very concerning today was the number of Volvo employees not wearing a mask. Florida has extremely high Covid-19 infection rates and it seems like Volvo of Fort Myers management does not care at all - very disappointing!

Jackie is is exceptional. I have been a McGrath customer since 2016. Each time I had my vehicle serviced, I had the good fortune of dealing with Jackie. She always went out of her way to accommodate any requests I made. On my last visit, I needed to replace the tires. Jackie made numerous calls over a 2-day period to get the tires. She scheduled an appointment the same day the tires were in stock. She knew that I was under time constraints because I was moving out of state. Jackie went above and beyond what I hoped for to get the job completed. She is truly an extraordinary and very dedicated member of your group.
