I feel like every time I need to bring my car in for service I’m underquoted a wait time. My last experience seemed as if no one but one person knew what was going on. I can in to order and pay for a part and it was a journey. I spoke with someone on the phone before coming in so when I got there she told me to wait for someone while he finished with his customer, he then told someone else to take me to the parts department where I waited a while for a guy who didn’t know how to look up the part I needed to order and then walk me back to the original guy I was told to speak with. After waiting for him (again) he took me back to the parts department where the same guy from before printed out my part and another lady charge me for it. It really seems as if there’s only a couple of people that know what there doing.
My other frustration like I said at the beginning is the time quoted. I could care less if someone said to come back in 3 hours or 15 min. It’s not the time it takes that bothers me it’s the inability to under-promise and over-deliver. I hate being quoted an hour and a half and it turns out that it takes two and a half to three hours. Or like my last experience, after ordering my part I was quoted 2 days for the part to come in. This was a Thursday. So, in this case, I would expect my part to come in by Monday or Tuesday if we're going by business days. Tell me why I had to call on Wednesday and be told that my part had already come in but I still have to wait a couple of days to bring it in before they could fix it. I always end up waiting for way longer than quoted when I come there it's such a bad experience every time. I dread having to deal with you guys because I knew it's going to be a huge waste of my time.

Sandy was GREAT she was informative and helpful. I live in LA but get most of my service done here because the Hyundai family in La Quinta makes me feel welcomes. You definitely get your money’s worth and I never feel like I’m being joked around with. Thank you guys.
