All though the sensor appears not to be "fixed". It is still beeping for no good reason.

Sandra was much more proactive today than in the past and she made sure the car was taken care of and I was pleased. I did call her an hour after I left as the car was hesitating at a stop light to keep going. I’ll bring it back next week if it continues to do it. She listened to me today and was helpful. Janet

While we are unsure they corrected the issue AND the fact that there should not BE an issue with under 1300 miles on a new vehicle, I have only praise for the staff. Very helpful and considerate.

Did not get an explanation of noise in the fan or air conditioning unit. Noise was not resolved, and my vehicle took several hours for service to be completed. When my vehicle was complete, The individual that checked me in at arrival was gone for the day when my vehicle was completed, the staff members still working the check-in desk had no knowledge of my vehicle service, and the mechanic was unavailable or gone for the day. I’ve been satisfied with other service visits at your facility, however, you guy’s missed the mark this time. Ron P

The service that Alejandro provides makes me feel safe that I am driving my Santa Fe. The entire service department was great at o work with and I didn’t mind waiting for my car to be completed. I highly recommend Hyundai La Quinta and the Hyundai brand to anyone looking for a great vehicle and great, attentive service.

Typically it has taken in the past at least an hour for my filter and oil change. For that reason we normally go to a nearby restaurant by way of your shuttle service to kill the hour there. Today we have been at the restaurant a very short time maybe a half hour and I got a message that the car was finished. At this point I requested that the shuttle be sent over to bring us back to the dealership and it took over a half hour for the shuttle to arrive. I realize that your shuttle accommodates a number of different customers, but if we had been told when we drop the car off that it would only take a half hour we would’ve just waited at your location. Other than that everything was fine

We were not happy at all with Manny. We do not like his communication style and attitude. We would prefer not.to ever work with him.again. We are long term customers and have always had positive experiences with our managers, not so with Manny.

LaQuinta Hyundai’s the only place I take my cars. They are always very friendly and very prompt in getting my car serviced and back on the road. I had a washer pump that went out and they said it was under warranty, ordered the part, replaced it, and washed my car also. Highly recommend them

Last week Melissa was my service rep @ La Quinta Hyundai. She greeted me promptly with a very “Making me feel good” greeting. Great service by the mechanic and staff. A complete and happy experience. Frosting on the cake was ordering a defective part and a promise to call when it arrived. Melissa called within 24 hrs and the appointment was made. I showed at the appointed time and was met again by Melissa who greeted me with friendliness and “we’ll get it done promptly” attitude. Less than 1 hour, this happy return Azera customer was on his way. Thank you Melissa!
