After my previous appointment you requested I provide feedback on my service appointment. The service I have always received from Sandy and Anthony has been exceptional, however I had commented on that Melissa was not utilizing her mask properly and this was creating a risk to the customers and your staff. I received a reply from your office that this issue had been addressed. However, during my most recent service appointment Mellisa was still wearing her mask below her nose, This action is very inconsiderate and possibly extremely harmful to compromised individuals like my self that is just recovering from cancer treatment.

They were pretty fast to come out and write my car up for service, the lady listened to what I had to say. She then had me go inside and the service rep put me in the computer and told me it would take 1 hour, I signed and went to the waiting room it was clean with fresh coffee and breakfast bars, after about 45 minutes they came and told me the original problem (the battery) would be taken care of, but I needed 3 filters replaced at $265.00, I gave them an o.k.to replace two of the filters (engine filter& fuel filter), I told them I would wait on the cabin filter, It took about another 40 minutes, to replace them, I paid at the cashier, who as very friendly.
I was shocked at how many calls and how responsive and immediate Sandra was! a fantastic experience!
