Anthony Welty is what every Employer hopes for but rarely finds. I use LQHyundai because a friend recommended me simply because of Anthony. He is professional, kind and available with compassion. I can’t say enough about him. Anyone who works for him is fortunate and makes the team A plus I had a problem in LA and waited to come back so that Anthony could handle the problem. He and his staff were wonderful I have always drove MB Acura and Lexus this is my first Hyundai. I would by again just to have Anthony Welte on my side!
Sandra goes above and beyond for all her customers..so friendly and diligent.
Poor communication about status of vehicle (for 3 days). When I picked up the car, the check engine light came on and engine was stalling about an hour after retrieving it. (The same reason why I brought it in). So, it wasn't fixed, I didn't have my car for 3 days and now I have to return it and be without a car for another 4 days (I was asked to bring it in on Tuesday 9/8/20).
Never experienced such poor communication and lack of care from you guys before.
“Alex” Corona is very consciencious of his customers schedules and really bends over backwards to make repairs happen with ease. And with a smile. Alex also answers all of my questions concerning my repairs to my ‘16 Voluster. Keeps me updated and has great communication skills, always keeping a straight face to my dumb questions!

I made an appt at 11:30 for an oil change They said I would have to wait longer
they go to lunch at 12:00 so I came back at 1:10 and they said they would take me first which he did . I waited for an oil change and their 20 point check.
It took 3 hrs cause I left and came back.
They were very nice. I think they are short handed.
I bought my car at LaQuinta and trying to be a loyal customer but I have to pay a caregiver 20.00 an hour when I’m gone do I need faster help.
I also need help figuring some technology on my car.
They said I need to make an appt .
I know things are hard now don’t want to cause anyone a problem. Thank you
