I came to get inspection but was told I needed to wait until next month because I wanted to be emissions exempt. It was not 12 months since last inspection. I also could not use the coupon e-mailed to me the day b4 because I did not print it out?
By the way, I did not speak or communicate with Mark Rio. I think I know his scowling face. Does he ever smile? So, just another disappointing service at Fred Beans Subaru. By the way, I bought a car while I was there in spite of the service department.

I don’t know how Jesse manages it all so well, but I’m glad he does. He got the parts ahead of schedule. Car ready ahead of schedule. Acts as if each customer is his only customer when he clearly has a lot on his plate.
