Wasn’t asked my age when I said I needed a loaner, ended up having to get a ride once at the dealership (home is an hour away) because of the simple miscommunication. On a good note, I knew my car was in good hands for servicing.

Very professional, quick, personal and caring. I was there waiting with my baby and Jesse made sure my car was getting serviced as soon as possible and he spoke with my husband and even checked in on me. Great service all around!

Service was great - Jesse was great. No complaints about how he treated me as a customer. However on my way home from picking my car up for an oil change, the oil light came back on. I’m going to call tomorrow to see how to reset it.
