The cover sheet with my bill said my alignment failed. I was not notified. I called the next day & was told it barely failed & they recommended waiting. I should have been notified before getting my car.

Mark and the entire service team were very polite and responsive. Waiting area was comfortable and clean which I appreciated because I brought some work with me while waiting for service to take care of my oil, maintenance and recall issues.

Actually I was not pleased that the part was not available when I arrived. They had two weeks to get the part. But I had to wait until they went to another dealership to get the part. I had to wait an additional hour. I drove 35 minutes to get to the appointment. They never called to tell me they didn’t have the part yet.

Jessie was very helpful and the service department did all work in a very timely manor. I think the shuttle driver was either having a stressful day or could use some tips on being courteous.
