While I made the appointment to get my car inspected, I mentioned that one of my front wipers was shredded. He said don't worry about it, it will get replaced during inspection. It was not replaced. How did my car pass inspection with a bad wiper?

The staff could not be more accommodating. Since I had the loaner packed for a trip the women from the auto rent drive me over to Subaru and the staff assisted me with emptying the car
